The FTP company (a leading logistics operator) is expanding the team of the HR department, we invite the cooperation of a recruiter.  Experience in logistics field recruitment will be an advantage.

Main responsibilities:

  • Interaction with department heads (customers) to determine personnel needs.
  • Compilation of a candidate profile, preparation of job descriptions.
  • Organization of the full cycle of recruiting, onboarding and adaptation of new employees.
  • Systematic processing of incoming and outgoing traffic of candidate resumes on the main search channels (job portals, social and professional networks, recruiting agencies, advertising companies, Linkedin).
  • Conducting initial interviews, coordinating further interview cycles.
  • Conducting interviews, evaluating candidates and making decisions, together with department heads, regarding candidates' compliance with job requirements.
  • Preparation, approval with the customer of the job offer and execution of all actions, according to the agreed company algorithm.
  • Monitoring of hiring efficiency indicators.
  • Reporting on the results of the search and recruitment of personnel.
  • Maintenance of the budget and control of the activity of the main resources (job-portals, targeted advertising, payment for the services of personnel search agencies).
  • Participation in specialized events, exhibitions, job fairs, cooperation with the department employment at higher education institutions.
  • Development of the referral recruitment program. 
  • Evaluation of the cost of the services of external recruiting agencies and outsourcing companies in case of need for their involvement.
  • Comparison of the effectiveness of different search channels and redistribution of the budget to more effective tools.
  • Preparation of reports on recruitment costs and proposals for their optimization.
  • Definition of the budget for recruiting, in terms of 6/12 months, in accordance with the personnel needs of the company, jointly with the head of the HR department.
  • Formation and promotion of the employer's external brand to attract the best specialists and promising young people.
  • Participation in other HR processes (adaptation, personnel reserve, exit interview).
  • Working with the CRM system.
  • Regular reporting.

We appreciate the availability of expert experience and knowledge:

  • Basic knowledge of interview techniques (structuring, case, competency-based interviews).
  • Managing 5 vacancies at the same time.
  • Skills in labor market analysis and candidate evaluation.
  • Ability to work with a large amount of information, effectively keep HR reporting on the quality of recruiting.

Working conditions:

  • Full-time employment, five-day work week.
  • Location: 83A, Yuriy Ilyenka Street, Kyiv.
  • Working schedule: from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 18:00.
  • Lunch break lasts 1 hour. You can choose your own lunch time, namely from 12:00 to 2:30 p.m.
