Now the company is looking for a "Recruiter", become part of a cool team and contribute to the common cause!

Main tasks:

• The full cycle of recruiting from communication with the hiring manager to the candidate's offer
• Development and implementation of a strategy for finding candidates for various positions (from specialists to top management)
• Conducting interviews and evaluating potential candidates
• Coordination of interaction with candidates and company departments
• Support and improvement of the system of recruiting and selection of candidates
• Maintenance of CRM, daily reports and speeches at daily meetings

Expectations from candidate:

• Experience in recruiting or completed professional courses (we consider candidates without experience but with a great desire to learn)
• High level of communication skills
• Ability to work under stress and the ability to make decisions in limited time
• Experience in searching for candidates in the top position will be a big plus
