Responsibilities:

• Conducting the full cycle of recruiting: from the creation of vacancies to the completion of the process hiring.
• Search and recruitment of candidates through various channels (social networks, professional platforms, direct search).
• Interviews with candidates and assessment of their professional skills and personal qualities.
• Interaction with department heads to determine staffing needs and build candidate profiles.
• Maintenance of candidate database and analytics for closing vacancies.

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• Experience in recruiting for 1 year
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of various methods of searching and evaluating candidates.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
