Mitridat Container Transport is a company specializing in the transportation of cargo in containers by sea and road transport. We provide effective, reliable and safe logistics solutions for our customers.

In connection with the expansion of the company, we are looking for an employee for the office.

Responsibilities

• Active search and attraction of candidates for open positions vacancies.
• Collaboration with recruitment managers to determine the requirements for candidates.
• Using different platforms to attract candidates (social networks, professional platforms, etc.).
• Conducting initial interviews to evaluate candidates.
• Maintaining a candidate database and regularly updating information in CRM.
• Assisting in forming a positive image of the company as an employer.

Requirements

• Higher education.
• Experience in recruiting or HR will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Ability to communicate and work in a team.
• Qualities: responsibility, organization, initiative.
