Requirements

• 1+ years of recruiting experience from search to hire would be an advantage
• Willing to consider candidates after recruiting courses
• Good knowledge of the Ukrainian candidate market
• Excellent communication skills, strong communication and negotiation skills
• Mass recruiting experience will be an advantage

• Recruiting, search and headhunting of bank specialists of various levels and qualifications in the retail sector
• Salary benchmarking, research and analysis of the candidate market
• Coordination of hiring processes of full cycle, ensuring an easy and positive experience for candidates
• Management of relations with specialized recruitment agencies
• Management of relations with employment centers across Ukraine
• Close cooperation with hiring managers, for a deeper understanding of the role, requirements and needs
• Calculation, planning and implementation of the search and construction of various channels for attracting talent
• Solving various issues related to recruitment, with clients and internal teams
• Implementation of various recruitment practices and interview processes
