We are looking for a qualified personnel specialist for the position of "Recruiter" to work at PJSC "Myronivska Poultry Factory".

Locations:

Kaniv city, 245 Energetikov St., Cherkasy district

Stepantsi village, Poleva street 1, Cherkasy district

Mironivka, Myronivsky meat processing plant "Legko" VP "Myronivskyi ZVKK" PJSC

Our employee in this position:< /b>

  • Searches for and selects candidates for positions of varying complexity
  • Collaborates with department heads to determine the ideal candidate profile
  • Uses modern tools, platforms and social media networks to attract talent
  • Conducts preliminary phone interviews and arranges interviews with managers
  • Provides training and drawing up the necessary documentation during hiring
  • Forms the necessary reporting and effectively cooperates with external recruiting agencies
  • Work format:exclusively offline

We invite you to an interview, if you have:

  • Experience in the field of recruiting (staffing), social services, sales, targeting or SMM direction from 2 years
  • Competent oral and written language
  • < li>Confidence in working with modern recruiting technologies and tools
  • Knowledge of how to effectively use Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Orientation in Excel basics: creating tables, data entry, formatting and editing
  • Ability to organize documentation and interact with candidates
  • Openness to communicate with people , in particular in conditions of a large flow of candidates
  • Communication skills, critical thinking, productivity, stress resistance, ability to quickly solve problems and adapt to changes
