What awaits you at Zeeks:
Management of the full recruiting cycle from the briefing with the hiring manager to the signing of the offer.
Attracting candidates using modern search, sourcing and headhunting methods.
Formation of personnel reserve due to filling ATS and building long-term relationships with potential candidates.
Analysis and optimization of recruitment funnels.
Participation in preparing for the exit of new specialists and conducting HR onboarding for newcomers.
Analysis of market remuneration of specialists in various areas.
Participation in the optimization of recruiting processes with the involvement of modern tools to support the best Candidates experience.
Experience and skills required for the Zeeks Recruiter role:
From 2 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter in affiliate marketing/IT.
English language not lower than B2 level, experience conducting interviews in English.
Knowledge of basic recruiting processes.
Ability to work with recruiting tools: job-sites, Linkedin, X-ray, Boolean search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Google extensions for obtaining contacts of candidates.
Knowledge of candidate evaluation methods: competency interview, STAR, PARLA.
Skills for working with PBX.
Vuse of data-driven approaches in work. Understanding of recruiting metrics and experience in their application to increase the efficiency of the hiring process.
Orientation on results and continuous improvement of processes.
Preference:
< span style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">Experience of working with vacancies for iGaming projects.
Skills in working with email tools (MailChimp, Sendpulse).
International recruitment experience.
