Now we are looking foractive recruiter, who will be responsible for the mass recruitment of sales managers for projects in the info business. If you have experience in recruiting and can work with a large volume of vacancies, this position is for you!

You need:

• 2 years of experience as a recruiter (required);
• Knowledge of recruiting tools: CRM systems, platforms for searching for candidates (LinkedIn, Work, Rabota);
• Experience with social networks for finding candidates (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram);
• Skills for mass hiring managers from sales;
• Experience with video interview platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Skype);
• Ability to present the vacancy and interest candidates;
• Basic knowledge of HR- processes;

What will you do?

• Search for candidates through various channels, create search funnels and creativity. We will help!
• Conduct interviews at various stages of selection, assess candidates' compliance with requirements;
• Maintain a database of candidates;
• Close vacancies within the established terms (10 sales managers per month);
• Maintain reporting;
• Coordinate the adaptation of employees, i.e. transfer new employees to the HR team after the first month of work.
