What will you do:

• management of the full cycle of search and recruitment;
• development and implementation of candidate search strategy;
• cooperation with hiring managers regarding vacancy opening, assistance in determining the ideal portrait of the candidate, collection of all necessary information;
• supporting candidates at all stages of the recruiting process;
• improving the company's recruiting process and automating routine tasks;
• forming corporate culture and creating a positive image of the employer;
• reporting on the results of your work;
• working with ATS.
