For our clients, we are looking for a Recruiter who will help build a strong team in the iGaming field.< /span>

You will have the opportunity to create processes from scratch and implement your own vision in a company that values ​​a professional approach and openness to new ideas.

< strong>Requirements:
experience in the position of a recruiter; - experience working with vacancies in the field of affiliate marketing;
-knowledge of basic search tools, modern recruiting methods and candidate evaluation;
- closing positions of different levels.

Would be a plus:
- HR experience and desire to develop in this direction;
- command of the English language at the B2 level.

Responsibilities:
- 70% recruiting, 30% HR;
-ensure the full recruitment cycle;
- creating and ensuring a healthy corporate culture;
-development and implementation of programs for support, adaptation, motivation, development of employees.
