Your future priorities:

• Job posting: Create and post job vacancies on various platforms such as job portals, social networks and specialized sites in the country of the customer (EU).
• Search and selection of candidates: Active search, evaluation and selection of candidates according to the requirements of the customer in the country of the customer ( EU), conducting interviews and selecting the most suitable specialists.
• Formation of the candidate database: Creationand updating the candidate database for further use in the recruitment process, maintaining contacts and tracking the status of candidates.
