Requirements for the candidate:

• Successful proven experience of closing vacancies at various levels: mass recruitment (retail), technical staff, line managers;
• Owning modern tools for attracting and selecting candidates;
• li> Confident PC user: Word, Excel,
• Love for your work, desire to develop professionally;
• High level of personal responsibility, self-organization;
• Ability to plan work hours and set priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Developing vacancies and placing ads on job search sites;
• Ability to work with candidates of different levels and the ability to quickly adapt to changes.
• Search and recruitment;
• Organization and control of execution adaptation programs;
• Interaction with candidates, conducting phone interviews, rating candidates;
• Implementation of corporate culture projects of the company.
• Labor market review;
• Participation in personnel management projects.
