Basic requirements:

• Work experience in the field of recruitment for at least 2 years;
< li>Knowledge of modern methods of personnel selection and development. Successful experience of closing vacancies of various levels, using various resources (job sites, social networks, headhunting, etc.);
• Experience in developing search strategies and evaluating candidates;
• Experience in maintaining a candidate database and recruitment analytics;
• Ability to work both in a team and independently in multitasking conditions;
• High level of responsibility and organizational skills;
• Psychological education will be an advantage .

Functional duties:

• The full cycle of closing vacancies (from receiving an application to preparing a job offer for candidates);
• Active search for candidates accordingly requirements for vacancies using various channels: job portals, LinkedIn, social networks, mass media, universities and other effective resources in Ukraine;
• Maintenance of the candidate database and recruitment analytics;
• Conducting welcome - trainings, introducing newcomers to the Company's structure, work standards;
• Participation in employer brand development projects;
• Collection of documents for registration
