What we will entrust to you:

• Participate in job briefings, capture role requirements, use the results of the briefing as a basis for conducting the search
• Interpret recommendations in the search strategy using all publicly available resources to search for talent, post vacancies on job portals and on social networks
• Creating resumes, conducting phone interviews using various reliable selection tools/methods, providing feedback to candidates
• Mass hiring process: conducting inflow screening, initial interviews communication with candidates, providing feedback and referring candidates for consideration to the hiring manager
• Supporting the candidate registration process, namely: collecting documents for verification by the security service; control of the process of passing the medical commission; formation of a job offer based on a job opening application; formation of a letter to start the registration process for a new employee
