Requirements:

< li>Experience as a recruiter from 1 year;
• Experience in mass recruitment;
• Knowledge of search methods;
• Experience in direct search and headhunting of candidates (preferred);
• li>
• Excellent communication and written communication skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment;
• Result orientation, attention to detail.

• Search and adaptation of personnel (line staff of hotels, mass selection);
• Formation of personnel reserve;
• Conducting initial telephone and personal interviews communication with candidates, collection of recommendations;
• Participation in adaptation, motivation and staff development programs;
• Participation in other projects of the HR department.
