Responsibilities:

• The full cycle of recruiting: from the search for candidates to the final offer (IT and non-IT vacancies).
• Building communication with candidates, maintaining contact with potential candidates.
• Evaluation of resumes and conducting extensive interviews using various interviewing techniques (competency interviews, case interviews, etc.). identification of personnel needs.
• Active search for talent through various platforms and channels (working with job sites, social networks and other sources).
• Supporting positive experience of candidates at all stages of the process recruitment.
• Using modern tools for managing the recruiting process (ATS-system).
• Reporting on the personnel search process.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as a recruiter in the IT field.
• Ability to conduct interviews using various techniques (STAR, case questions, etc.) .

• High level of communication skills, negotiation skills and handling objections.
• Result-oriented, flexible, ability to work and learn at a fast pace, proactive.
• Own direct search techniques.
• English at the Intermediate level and above.
