Responsibilities:
- The full cycle of recruiting: from the search for candidates to the final offer (IT and non-IT vacancies).
- Building communication with candidates, maintaining contact with potential candidates.
- Evaluation of resumes and conducting extensive interviews using various interviewing techniques (competency interviews, case interviews, etc.). identification of personnel needs.
- Active search for talent through various platforms and channels (working with job sites, social networks and other sources).
- Supporting positive experience of candidates at all stages of the process recruitment.
- Using modern tools for managing the recruiting process (ATS-system).
- Reporting on the personnel search process.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as a recruiter in the IT field.
- Ability to conduct interviews using various techniques (STAR, case questions, etc.) .

- Result-oriented, flexible, ability to work and learn at a fast pace, proactive.
- Own direct search techniques.
- English at the Intermediate level and above.
