recruiter (manager of search, selection and adaptation of personnel) Key requirements:  

•    Successful work experience from the 1st year in the field working with personnel    

•    Knowledge of current labor legislation, labor market   

 •    Free use of a PC
Responsibilities:    

•    Qualitative search and selection of employees for open vacancies  

•    Prompt closing of vacancies   

 •  Support of candidates at all stages from researcher, job offer to the end of the trial period    

•    Support of the candidate during the adaptation period   < /p>

 •    Formation of potential personnel reserve   

 •    Labor market monitoring and recruitment initiators consulting
