What can we entrust to you?

• Search for personnel for stores (linear staff, managers, store managers)
• Posting ads on job sites and social media. networks
• Control of the availability of vacancies in stores, communication with managers
• Organization of interviews of candidates with managers, keeping CRM, databases
• Identifying reasons for employee turnover in stores, conducting Exit -interview
• Participation in staff retention programs, finding ways to minimize turnover

What do we expect from you?

• Experience of working in a similar position from 1 year, related to the selection of line personnel
• Knowledge of modern search and recruitment tools
• Knowledge of labor legislation
• Communicability
• Confident PC user, Google Docs
• Purpose, activity, sociability, ability to work in multitasking mode
