We invite you to our team, we are currently expanding our staff and urgently need an energetic, confident, responsible and ambitious Recruiter.

Responsibilities:

Recruiting: Search and selection of candidates, conducting interviews, registration of new employees.
Adaptation: Development and implementation programs for the adaptation of new employees.
Personnel management: keeping personnel records, organization of training and development of employees, participation in the development of the motivation system.
Social guarantees: organization of vacations, sick leave, and other social programs.
Interaction with by other departments: Ensuring effective interaction of the HR department with other divisions of the company.

Experience required:

- High level of communication;
- Ability to find a common language with the team;
- Correctly constructed oral and written speech;
- Ability to use social networks.

Our Terms:

Standard schedule 5/2 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Sunday from Monday to Friday
Average salary from UAH 30,000 to 40,000 per month + bonuses
