Tasks of the position:

• Ensuring full cycle of the recruitment process for positions at different levels: from mass recruiting for production positions to the management team
• Definition of the search strategy for maximum staff involvement
• Development of the position profile
• Search for candidates through various channels (universities, job sites, social networks, direct search, referral program, etc.)
• Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews, planning the interview structure, selecting candidates and organizing further communication with the internal customer
• I interact as an internal customer
• Formation of the candidate database
• Preparation of reports
• Participation in other projects of the HR department

• You have experience working as a recruiter and closing vacancies at various levels
• Experience in manufacturing companies will be an advantage
• You have candidate assessment skills
• You have a high level of communication skills
• Easily and quickly establish contacts
• You know how to listen and hear the interlocutor, tactful in communication

• A confident user of PC, Excel, PowerPoint
