We are looking for a part-time recruiter with the opportunity to work remotely.

Main duties:< /p>

• Search and selection of personnel from the application to closing the vacancy.
• Conducting telephone interviews, initial interviews, organization of interviews with the HR manager.
• Maintenance of the candidate funnel, candidate database and reserve formation.
• Candidate evaluation.
• Work in the cleverstaff system.

  Basic requirements:

  • Experience as a recruiter for 3 years.
  • Successful experience in closing various vacancies. Closing vacancies in the medical field will be an advantage.
  • Purpose, results-oriented, high communication skills.
