We are looking for a specialist who has:

• Higher education (courses, trainings on personnel selection and adaptation will be a significant advantage);
• Experience in systematic personnel selection from 1 year (preferably experience in recruiting for production);
• Successful experience of closing vacancies (ITR, workers);
• A confident PC user: MS Office, automated systems;
• Communicability, result orientation, ability and desire to work with people.

Your tasks:

• Maintaining the full cycle of recruiting;
• Formation and management of the candidate database;
• Conducting analytics in the selection process;
• Communication with internal customers;
• Organization and conducting of interviews with candidates;
• Accompanying the candidate during competitive selection;
• Coordination of newcomer onboarding processes;
• Participation in other interesting HR projects.
