  • Building a recruitment strategy using different search methods

  • Formation of job offer to candidates

  • Formation of the candidate base and creation of personnel reserve

  • Recruiting funnel analytics and key recruiting metrics

  • Constant search and monitoring of new channels and candidate search methods, trends and modern approaches

  • Employee onboarding


You are our candidate if you have:

  • Work experience From 2 years as a Recruiter

  • English language level from B1

  • Experience in recruiting office employees

  • Experience in the selection of complex, highly specialized experts and heads of departments

  • Knowledge and use of various candidate search and evaluation methodsiv

  • It will be an advantage - to optimize your work

  • Experience with automated recruiting processes will be a plus>< /p>

  • Experience with HRM, CRM systems will be an advantage
