Salateira is an international chain of fast-healthy restaurants with the principle of free choice of ingredients and a unique opportunity to combine products to your taste. The first restaurant of the chain was opened in December 2011. Today, the Salateira chain includes 15 restaurants.

We are looking for an active, energetic, responsible team member player —Recruiter to our friendly team!

• look for line staff, take part in closing office vacancies;

• conduct primary interviews;

• monitor the completion of the probationary period by employees;

• take part in HR department projects.

How we see our candidate:

• if the candidate has experience working in HoReCa, it will be an advantage;

• is able to independently determine sources of candidate search and find new ones;

• knows personnel screening methods;

• has high communication skills;

• proactive (a), self-organized (a).
