Your tasks for the position:
2. Market segmentation and on-demand analytics provision.
3. Development of a search strategy and budget calculation for recruiting + reporting (according to available templates).
4. Writing "selling" vacancies, sourcing, networking.
5. Conducting interviews with relevant candidates and providing detailed resumes. to the customer after the interview (according to the template).
6. Taking recommendations, finding the information trail of candidates (if necessary).
7. Providing timely and quality feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
8. Issuance of job offers, NDA according to the existing template, transfer of signed documents to the HR department.
9. Quality ATS management and reporting (no micromanagement, but working and flexible BPs to adhere to).
If you have no experience in any of the points listed above - no panic, everything can be learned, the main thing is true desire and action!

2.MANDATORY you have experience in closing positions in the field of marketing.
3. you are constantly developing your skills and have at least one professional certificate,

5. You know how to identify the true motivation of candidates during an interview and work with it throughout the entire hiring cycle,

7. You think critically, as needed, you find non-standard approaches to solving problems,
