The state enterprise "Ukrainian special systems invites the cooperation of a Recruiter / HR manager (recruitment specialist) who will ensure the effective selection of personnel for the development of state projects in the field of information technologies and will contribute to the active development of the corporate culture of our Enterprise.

• Convenient work schedule: Mon-Thurs from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. / Fri from 8:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.;

REQUIREMENTS:

• Work experience in a similar position for 2 years or more.
• Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine, the basics of personnel administration and personnel management.
• Skills for working in the ISPRO program.
• Ability to work with various sources of searching for candidates (job sites, social networks, professional communities, etc.).
• Knowledge of the specifics of searching for candidates in the IT field will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, responsibility, initiative.< /li>
• Confident PC user (MS Office, Google Workspace).
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.

KEY DUTIES: strong>

• The full cycle of personnel selection: from the search for candidates to their adaptation at the workplace.
• Active search for candidates using various channels (job sites, social networks, professional communities, etc.). Creation and placement of vacancies.
• Conducting preliminary interviews, evaluating candidates and providing recommendations to managers.
• Participation in the formation and development of the Enterprise's corporate culture.
• Organization of training and development and staff motivation.
• Maintenance of personnel documentation (registration of admission, dismissal, vacations, etc.) in accordance with current legislation.
