REQUIREMENTS:

  • Work experience in a similar position for 2 years or more.

  • Conducting preliminary interviews, evaluating candidates and providing recommendations to managers.
  • Participation in the formation and development of the Enterprise's corporate culture.
  • Organization of training and development and staff motivation.
  • Maintenance of personnel documentation (registration of admission, dismissal, vacations, etc.) in accordance with current legislation.
