We are looking for an energetic and persistent recruiter with sourcing experience and a technical background to join our team to contribute to the development and formation of teams in various areas of Ukraine Tower Company LLC, which is part of the Veon international group of companies.

What will be included in the responsibilities:

• Working with vacancies in the direction: telecommunications engineer engineer -power engineer, network facility construction engineer, rental specialist, specialist in working with key clients, etc.;
• Composing a job description, formulating requirements for candidates;
• Searching for candidates for various job resources;
• CV screening and conducting interviews;
• Formation of a shortlist of candidates with their recommendations;
• Organization of the interview of the candidate with the manager, support and support during the interview; 
• Providing feedback to candidates at all stages of work on the vacancy;
• Selecting the best specialists who meet the requirements of the company and the position;
• Forming an offer for the candidate;

• Work experience of 2 years in recruiting;
• Higher education;
• Successful proven experience of closing vacancies at various levels;
• Time management skills;
• Proactive position, flexible thinking;
• Team player with good interpersonal communication skills;
• Ability to work in multitasking mode, quickly switch and at the same time be attentive to details.
