Functionality and responsibility of the position:

• Recruitment in all possible search channels;
• Selection of logistics line workers, closing vacancies in the region;
• Implementation of the recommendation program for the selection of employees;
• Organization of the process selection within the company (interaction with internal customers to analyze the search application, analyze the company's personnel reserve, coordinate the selection process with search stakeholders);
• Implementation of projects aimed at increasing the efficiency of the recruiting function;
• Involvement of smm and pr for faster and better recruiting;
• Possibility to accept studentsin other projects in the field of personnel management implemented by the Company.
