Responsibilities:

• Mass recruitment of personnel for various positions in the company
• Using various sources to search for candidates (job sites, social networks, internal databases, etc.)
• Conducting initial telephone, video and in-office interviews
• Analyzing candidates' resumes and professional skills< /li>
• Competence assessment
• Coordinating job requirements with department heads
• Regularly informing managers about recruitment progress
• Maintaining a candidate database

• Preparation of reports on work performed
• Participation in organizing the process of adaptation of new employees
