We invite you to our team for the position of recruiter.

We offer:

• Timely payment of wages twice a month
< li>Schedule: from 09:00 to 18:00 (Mon-Fri)
• 24 calendar days of vacation

We expect:

• Experience as a recruiter from 1 year;
• Knowledge of recruitment methods and techniques;
• High communication skills;
• Experience in personnel management (preferred).

Main duties:

• Search and selection of personnel, adaptation
• Conducting telephone and personal interviews with candidates;
• Evaluation of candidates' professional and personal qualities;

• Coordinating interviews with department heads;
• Maintaining a candidate database;
• Analyzing the labor market and competitive environment;
• Organizing a healthy climate in the team< /li>
