The purpose of the position is to select the best candidates, take care of them during the adaptation period and ensure the career development of employees.

Main duties:

• Mass recruiting, planning and implementation of recruitment processes for new employees, including preparation of vacancies, placement of advertisements, conducting interviews;
• Assessment of candidates and provision of quality support throughout the process;

• Monitoring and analysis of the labor market;
• Adaptation, ensuring an effective process of introducing new employees to the Company, implementing an individual adaptation plan and supporting communication with other team members;
• Preparation of reports and their analysis, maintaining databases;
• Participation in HR initiatives.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has 2+ years of practical experience in the full recruiting cycle;
• Knows and applies various methods and sources of personnel search;
• Has examples of successful closing of vacancies ;
• Able to establish contact and partnership relations with different people;
• Has experience of successful introduction to the position and adapts comfortably;
• Has a developed sense of empathy;
