The production process is provided by five departments: SMT assembly, assembly, semi-finished products , testing and the finished product. As well as the experimental and technological department and the quality control department. Responsibilities :

• search and selection of candidates for the production team and administration of production vacancies;
• analysis effectiveness of channels for attracting candidates and searching for new ones;
• active participation in the development and building of the HR brand;
• participation in other HR processes (adaptation, training, internal communications).

Requirements:

• preferred 0.6 months of experience;
• high level of communication skills;
• attention to details;
• ability to understand people;
• multitasking and the ability to quickly process large amounts of information;
• lack of fear of something new.
