Recruiter in BeerMarket

We are a chain of draft beer and snack shops "BeerMarket", we are looking for an energetic and responsible < b style="font-weight: 700">Recruiter for our team! 

Your duties:

• Proactively search and attract candidates with the right skills and experience for various vacancies in the company "BeerMarket";
• Conducting interviews with potential candidates, < b style="font-weight: 700">assessment of their skills and suitability for the position;
• Preparation and posting of advertisements on various platforms;
• Supporting the candidate in the entire hiring process — from the first call to the candidate leaving for work;
• Maintaining a database of potential candidates and ensuring that information is up-to-date.

If you have:

• Work experience from 1 year, we also consider candidates without experience.
• Organization and the ability to work with a large amount of information;
• High communication;
• Ability to work for results;
• Knowledge of basic methods and approaches to personnel selection will be an advantage.
