What will you do:

• Create vacancy texts;
• Post and distribute the vacancy on all relevant resources to effectively close vacancies;
• Conduct resume screening;
• li>Conduct telephone interviews;
• Conduct initial interviews with candidates and arrange follow-up interviews;
• Report on the selection process and analyze for process improvement;
• Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.
