We are looking for a colleague in Europe. Recruiter with experience in closing vacancies for the entire sales department.

Main duties
– Search and selection of candidates using all possible tools and techniques
– Conducting interviews, evaluating soft skills and clarifying hard skills relative to the profile
– Coordination of the hiring process from initial contact to the first day of the employee
– Ensuring effective communication between candidates and hiring managers at all stages of selection
– Work with ATS system for maintaining a candidate database.

Desired experience
- Experience of 1.5+ years in recruiting (preferably experience in mass selection) sourcing strategy.
