We need a recruiter for the Gorgany team in Lviv, as requests from the hiring manager for talent searches are growing faster than we manage to find them ;)

Gorgany is currently developing in several areas of retail, B2B, Turbat's own brand, e-commerce, social projects for the development of a culture of active travel. Therefore, we usually have a wide variety of vacancies: brand managers, expert sellers in different cities of Ukraine, marketers, analysts, heads of departments or stores.

works in constant communication with the manager (hiring manager) to clearly understand the need and respectively, a portrait of the future candidate

• one year of work experience as a recruiter

• successful cases of closing vacancies at different levels

• knowledge of sources and sourcing tools 

• search strategy building skills

• knowledge of candidate evaluation approaches

• excellent communication and negotiation skills

• proactivity, lack of tolerance for mediocre results, flexibility to change, positive thinking
