We are constantly developing and recruiting staff both for our chain of stores and for the head office, so we are looking for a proactive and proactive recruiter.?

Tasks:

• Search and selection personnel to the stores of our network
• Generation of alternative sources of search
• Formation of a reserve of promising candidates
• Participation in events for the development of the employer brand and cooperation
• Management of the process in the electronic recruitment system
• Participation in various projects of the HR team

Requirements:

• Experience as a recruiter from 0.5 years
• Higher education (personnel management, psychology) or the last courses of a university, with the possibility of full-time employment
• Competency interviewing skills
• Willingness to work for a result
• Ability to work with several vacancies at the same time
