Responsibilities:
- Perform the full cycle of personnel selection — from the formation of a recruitment application to ensuring the successful start of new employees.
- Conduct market analysis, analyze job requirements, help create exciting job descriptions.
- Post vacancies on effective resources and test hypotheses to increase response to vacancies.
- Speak the language of numbers and provide statistics. Draw conclusions based on statistics and change processes in a timely manner.
- Competently build the selection process.
Requirements:
- Experience of work in recruitment from 3 years.
- Successful experience in closing technical and non-technical positions (Marketing, Legal, Finance) of various levels.
- Knowledge of candidate search methods and tools: ability to effectively use various search channels such as LinkedIn, Djinni, job sites, professional communities, etc.
- Interviewing skills.
- Knowledge of interview techniques and experience in conducting structured, competency and situational interviews.
- Analytical skills: ability to analyze data, identify trends and bottlenecks, and propose solutions to improve hiring efficiency.
- Proactiveness and initiative: willingness to independently seek new ways and approaches to achieve set goals.
- Flexibility and adaptability: the ability to quickly adapt to changes and new requirements.
- Responsibility: the ability to work independently and take responsibility for the results of your work.
- English at a level no lower than Intermediate.
