Recruiting team Wanted now looking for  Recruiter for project cooperation, which will help close various vacancies for our clients. 

Your tasks:

• Closing vacancies of various levels, including including middle to senior.

• Compilation of a strategy for closing vacancies.

• Ensuring high quality hiring.

• Analysis of recruiting metrics.

• Constant search for new channels of attracting candidates.

• Interaction with the marketing department and production of advertising campaigns to attract candidates.

If you have:

• 2 years of experience as a recruiter (work in a recruiting agency will be an advantage). span>

• Successful experience of closing vacancies middle to senior level.

• Knowledge of various methods of evaluating candidates.

• High level of communications.

• Proactivity and results orientation.

• Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to changes
