The Right to Protection, CF
BF "Right to Defense" ( Foundation) - a charitable foundation operating in partnership with HIAS, a global organization providing assistance to refugees. The Foundation focuses its activities on providing assistance to internally displaced persons, persons in need of international protection, stateless persons, persons at increased risk of statelessness and persons without documents. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and carries out direct legal assistance programs throughout Ukraine, and also promotes changes in the national legal base, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights.
The recruiter will report to HR manager and Recruiting Coordinator.
Responsibilities Recruiter/s involve processing information and general support for the activities of the BF "Right to Defense" in particular, but not limited to the following:
Ensure a full cycle of search and recruitment of personnel of various levels (writing a job description and posting it, screening resumes, selecting candidates for further interviews, etc.);
Monitor the labor market;
Organize and conduct interviews online;
Provide feedback to candidates based on interview results;
Maintain reporting and statistics in accordance with the Fund's policies and procedures;
Keep records of personal files of employees;
Participate in the adaptation of new employees;
Support HR brand and corporate culture of the Foundation;
Ensure that new employees undergo mandatory training, collect and document certificates of completion of these trainings;
Provide assistance in organizing corporate events and meetings;
Regularly report on completed work;
Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager to ensure an adequate level of service in accordance with the requirements of the Foundation;
Understand and follow the Foundation's Code of Conduct.
Skills/qualifications required
Higher education (preferably - personnel management, communications, management);
Experience in recruitment and personnel management is preferred - at least 1 year;
Experience of working with large teams of 250 people or more will be an advantage;
Basic knowledge HR and recruiting skills;
Fluency in Ukrainian;
High communication skills and the ability to easily find a common language with people;
Systematicity and stress resistance;
Creativity, initiative, high motivation and readiness for dynamic and multitasking work;
Sufficient command of a computer (Office 365 package, Google Docs, Zoom, task managers, etc.);
Performing duties with gender sensitivity and zero tolerance for sexual exploitation and abuse;
Ability to work independently to meet deadlines;
Ability to work closely with team members;
Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
