* Work experience from 6 months to a year in the field of recruiting.
* Skills in processing reviews and searching resumes.
* Skills in conducting initial interviews.
* Skills qualitatively close vacancies.
* Reporting on the search for candidates, meeting deadlines.
* Competent written and oral communication.

Soft Skills that are important to us:
* Ability to work effectively with several vacancies at the same time.
* Ability to evaluate and analyze resumes and candidates' potential.
* Use of various tools to find and select candidates.
* Proficiency in modern recruiting tools and platforms.
* Ability to use social networks and other resources to search for candidates.
* Adherence to professional ethics in communication with candidates.
* Adherence to deadlines and striving to achieve set goals.
