We are currently looking for a Recruiter who can strengthen our team.

We are considering candidates throughout the territory of Ukraine What is important for this role:

• Experience in the position of a recruiter;
• Be proactive and independent, be able to efficiently and effectively plan your working day;
• Have high communication skills and a high level of empathy;
• Proficient in the Ukrainian language;
• Work for results and desire for professional development;
• Ability to work with Google Sheet and Excel.

Will be a big plus:

• Understanding of basic production processes;
• Experience in mass selection;

The tasks you will perform:

• Formation of the position profile, discussion of requirements and competencies of candidates with project managers;
• Posting of vacancies on job sites, selection of the most effective platforms for publishing vacancies;
• Selecting candidates and conducting interviews;
• Providing high-quality and timely feedback to candidates;
• Maintaining a candidate database;
• Analysis and statistics on vacancies;
• Search for new, relevant platforms for posting vacancies.
