Recruiter in DroneUA

DroneUA is the official representative of EcoFlow and leading companies of drone manufacturers in Ukraine,invites to cooperate with a motivated Recruiter.

Salary:

• Rate:20,000 UAH per VP.
• After the trial period:possible rate increase + KPI for efficiency.

Responsibilities :

• Search and selection of candidates for open vacancies in the company.
• Conducting telephone and face-to-face interview.
• Maintenance of candidate database.
• Posting vacancies on job portals and social networks.
• Interaction with department heads regarding requirements for candidates.

• Participation in the company's HR projects.
• Adaptation of new employees.

Requirements:

• Experience as a recruiter for at least 1 year.
• Knowledge of search methods and candidate evaluation.
• Confident use of a PC and MS Office.
• li>Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level will be an advantage.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Resistance to stress and the ability to work in conditions of multitasking.

Location:Office near Vasylkivska metro station, Kyiv. For convenience, employees use a shuttle bus (transportation) to/from the Zvirynetska station (Friendship of Peoples).
