Key responsibilities:- Formation of attractive vacancy texts;
- Search for irreplaceable candidates and assessment of their competencies;
- Collaboration with company managers throughout the recruitment cycle;
- Conducting one to one meetings;
- Participation in the onboarding and offboarding process;
- After passing the trial term, there is an opportunity to be involved in full-fledged HR projects that will contribute to the development of employees and their efficiency!
