Now the HR department is looking for a Recruiter Superhero, whose responsibilities ( i) will include:

• Search for a soul-mate in the RB team
• Conducting interviews with candidates, selection of the best
• Working with a cold database of candidates
• Organization of the onboarding process
• Participation in the HR processes of the company (congratulations from the DN, organization of Teambuilding, etc.)< /li>
• .and a lot more interesting things where you can pump yourself up and grow as a professional)!

Our ideal candidate:

• Loves people and genuinely gets high from communicating with them
• Knows how to reveal the candidate (identify hard and soft)
• Knows how to fall in love with a vacancy)
• Has work experience of 6 months, knows what recruiting is (basically understands what is involved, we will help with the rest, teach everything)
• Ready to make a lot of calls, understands that now to schedule 1 interview you need to make a lot of calls (not afraid of working with a cold candidate base)
• Able to find a common language with different people and build lasting relationships
• Dreams of becoming a full-fledged HR in the future, which really affects the lives of employees in the company (because that's how we do it)!
