Your Responsibilities: p>
- Creation of high-quality competitive vacancies and their effective placement on sites (analysis of competing companies, control of display on the market);
< li>Candidate selection: market monitoring, work with resume database, operational work with reviews. You should always have at least 10 options for candidates for a position;- Recruitment of personnel for work, technical, administrative and top management. Prompt closing of hot vacancies;
- Conducting an initial interview by phone and arranging meetings with the manager;
- Organization of individual and group interviews. At the initial stage of taking part in the planning and conducting of competitions, interviews;
- Collection of recommendations about applicants at previous places of work, constant communication and bringing applicants to work;
- Participation in the adaptation of new employees, interaction with managers on matters of recruitment, adaptation of personnel;
- Making proposals for new sources of personnel involvement or methods of selection;
- Formation of the personnel reserve and monitoring of the market independently of open vacancies (you must have in the reserve of a candidate for each position in the company);
- Compilation of reports, creation of statistics and candidate database.
