Recruiter in Master Service

Master Service is an international comprehensive operator of car service, spare parts and equipment, operating in Ukraine since 1998. We are looking for those employees who, together with us, will implement the company's mission - to change the culture in the car service market.

 We are looking for a Recruiter:

What we do:

• we service cars and repair units;
• wholesale and retail new, restored, used units for cars;
< li style="font-weight: 400">we manufacture special equipment and tools for service stations;
• we carry out diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of electric cars and hybrids.
< /ul>

Your functionality:

• search and selection of candidates of various levels (from line personnel to management);
• conducting interviews and providing feedback to candidates;
• formation of internal and external candidate reserves;< /li>
• analytical reports (salary market monitoring, job title analytics in the company, etc.);
• development of Job Instructions together with department heads;
• participation in HR projects and employer brand development.

What we expect from you:

• practical experience in the selection and adaptation of personnel of various levels (selection of top management, commercial personnel, IT specialists, logistics and warehouse specialists);
• knowledge at the level above the average MS Office, 1C8 (will be an advantage);
• experience in developing Job Instructions (will be an advantage);
• willingness to work in multitasking mode;
• activity, responsibility, orientation to result.
