• Managing the full cycle of recruitment of line personnel;
• Using alternative search sources, creative approach to candidate search;
• Conducting telephone screenings and interviews;

• Maintaining the candidate reserve database.

Key qualities and skills that are important to us:

• Knowledge of search and hiring tools;
• One year of experience as a recruiter;
• Experience of using CRM and/or HR systems , google disk, excel;
• High emotional intelligence;
