We are looking for a talented and motivated recruiter to join our team and help us find, attract and select the best talent.The ideal candidate should have experience in recruiting, excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the operation of the personnel recruitment system (use of various candidate search channels, active engagement and communication with potential candidates).

  • Organization and conduct of initial and detailed interviews with candidates, further assessment of the candidates' professional and personal qualities.

  • Conducting tests and other evaluation methods to determine the suitability of candidates for the job requirements, preparing recommendations for hiring candidates in the form corresponding to the request of the hr-manager or management.

  • Maintenance of the candidate database in the form determined by the organization and the hr-manager, support and updating candidate database, storage and processing of confidential information in accordance with the organization's policy.

  • Ensuring close communication with project coordinators to identify gaps in workload and hiring employees, prioritizing the search for candidates and the form of their work.

  • Close communication with the HR manager, in order to establish and improve the management and recruitment system .

  • Regular participation and holding of meetings or video conferences with the team to obtain current information about project implementation and planning future activities. /li>

  • Execution of administrative and office tasks. Carrying out information search and data systematization tasks.

  • Contribute to the development of the capacity of new employees and/or partners.

  • by other project specialists and partners, in particular: attend internal and external meetings; to represent the organization at meetings with government departments, UN agencies, non-governmental organizations and public organizations; upon request, keep minutes of these meetings.

Requirements:

  • Fluent command of the Ukrainian language without punctuation and grammatical errors.

  • Proficiency in English will be an advantage.

  • Higher education in the field of personnel management, psychology, sociology or related specialties.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of work experience as a recruiter or in a similar field.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Knowledge of modern methods of searching and selecting candidates.

  • Ability to conduct interviews and assess the professional qualities of candidates.

  • Own a PC confident user levels (MS Office. EXCEL, ChatGPT)/

  • High level of responsibility, ability to work in a team, ability to resolve conflict situations.
