Main tasks:

• Participation in the full cycle personnel selection (resume screening, conducting interviews, interaction with the team and the customer);
• Maintaining a large portfolio of vacancies at the same time;
• Continuous search for new channels to engage employees;
• Preparation and regular reporting (weekly, monthly).

It is important for us:

• 2 years of experience as a recruiter in one/several niches: HoReCa, Finance, Gambling;
• Experience of regularly closing 7 vacancies per month;
• Knowledge of basic tools and atypical search channels (Telegram, social networks, etc.);< /li>
• Communication, the ability to work in multitasking mode;
• Experience in mass recruitment will be an advantage.
